A wall hung with antique mirrors speaks of a passion for things with character and history. But one mirror is still not enough in this collection - a homemade one.
And let the room shine! The more diverse the mirrors and the more they are, the more spectacular they will look - as if photographs or portraits are hanging on the wall.
YOU WILL LIKE: a mirror with a diameter of 10 cm, wooden chopsticks, aerosol varnish of bronze and gold colors, cardboard, compasses, a square, an adhesive thermal gun, nippers, scissors, a pencil, a film for a substrate, double-sided adhesive pads and an adhesive hook holder.
STEP 1
Using a compass, draw on a cardboard 2 circles with a diameter of 14 cm. Through the center of one circle, draw 2 perpendicular straight lines and 2 more at an angle of 45 degrees.
STEP 2
Now glue one wooden stick to these lines.
STEP 3
In the middle between the sticks already glued, glue one stick shortened by 6 cm. Between each long and short sticks stick 3 more sticks of different lengths, so that the result is a star shape.
STEP 4
Glue the second circle of cardboard in the center on top of the sticks.
STEP 5
Put the entire structure on the film and spray it with a spray: first spray the bronze-colored varnish over the entire surface, and then paint only the ends of the sticks with a gold-colored varnish.
STEP 6 and 7
Fix the mirror with glue pads in the center of the "star" structure, and on the back, fix the hook-holder. Now the mirror can be hung on the wall!
