Our heroine thinks up sets and sews things herself: she wants to have a harmonious wardrobe, plus - with a height of 183 cm, finding the right clothes is not so easy.

About the page author

"Hi, I’m Michelle, I’m 183 cm tall, and my clothes are right for me," our heroine introduces herself today. Today, Michelle sews clothes for herself and her family (her husband, also tall, 195 cm, and three “children as long and thin,” she said). “Until I learned how to sew myself, we couldn't find clothes that would suit us well,” Michelle says. Starting to sew, she first did it very quickly - "as fast as my needle allowed," writes Michelle. However, then our heroine decided to slow down in order to create better clothes. In addition, Michelle refused from “quick clothes”, even if she made them herself, because she began to think about her own style and competent wardrobe design.

What is this page about

“I don’t want to sew a bunch of“ fast ”clothes that will soon bother me,” says Michelle. To begin with, taking on different books and methods, she analyzed her wardrobe to understand what she was wearing and what things she really liked to wear. Before you buy fabric and start creating a particular model, she thinks about how a thing will fit into an existing wardrobe. Before each new season, planning what to sew, Michelle makes outline drawings, visualizing images for different occasions. On Michelle's blog on Instagram, you can find both these drawings, and photographs documenting the sewing process, and pictures of finished things in different sets.

Who will be interested in this page

If you have the problem "Full closet and nothing to wear," if you are interested in creating a wardrobe that would really work, meeting your needs and pleasing you, we recommend you the Michelle page. You will probably be interested in the ways in which she seeks to search and rethink her style - for example, the same sketches of images and sets of future products. Also, this page can be recommended to those who, like Michelle, are tall and slim physique - perhaps you will draw something among the models and ideas that she chooses for herself. However, many of these things are quite universal, so Michelle’s page may be interesting to everyone who likes to sew.
