The rim, as a decorative element, can be both an independent part of the product, and an accent part of the image. Also, with the help of a frill, you can increase the length of the dress, blouse or sleeve.

Ruffle and sleeve can be performed separately, and then grind the details with each other. But it is more convenient to stitch the side seam (seams) of parts with one line.
Step 1
The top (longitudinal) section of each frill over the sewing machine on a sewing machine in a zigzag line or overlock.
Step 2
Iron the bottom cut on the wrong side to a width of 1.5 cm, tuck and stitch. Either do a narrow hem or treat the cut with a role seam on the overlock.

Step 3
Combine the upper sections of the frills: sew two stitches with a large stitch at a distance of 5 mm and 1.2 cm from the top edge.
Pull the rims on the lower threads to the length of the lower edge of the sleeve.
Tie the ends of the stitching strings together.
Distribute the assembly evenly.

Step 4
Pin the trim to the bottom of the sleeve and stitch between the sewing stitches.
Step 5
Stitch the sleeves and frills with a single line.
