Instead of sewing a loop on a towel, you can beautifully design a specially cut hole.

The idea is easy to implement, and the result is both cute and unusual. The easiest way to decorate kitchen towels (waffle, smooth cotton), but if desired, you can make such loops on terry. If you take a mouline thread of different colors for different towels, these loop holes can also play the role of color labels.

Idea: Sashiko embroidery on lamp shade

Step 1

Mark the place for the eyelet and draw a circle on the towel.

Step 2

Align the seam forward with the needle forward, securing the thread at the beginning and end.

Step 3

Cut a small round hole in the middle of the mug.

Step 4

Work the hole in a circle as if you were embroidering a stitch. Stitch the stitches tightly. At the end, fasten the thread and hide the bundle.
